Piloted frontend speed optimization by analyzing, prioritizing, and implementing high-impact adjustments for enhanced performance. Splitting JS/CSS per customer journey area, optimizing images, removing unused scripts, optimizing Google Tag Manager, and page load order. Improved backend speed by analyzing and optimizing PHP execution flows and MySQL queries, and detaching shopping cart and product data from general page load.

Refactored the component architecture and library, eventually setting up a component catalog to assist both content managers and quality assurance.

Led and collaborated with 7 frontend developers, applying and guiding best practices to establish a robust, scalable, component-based Nuxt.js/HTML/CSS architecture.

Scaling the technology MVP frontend developments of the replatforming initiative into a controllable, scalable, multi-brand and multi-country frontend architecture. Transitioning the MVP from Vue CSR into Nuxt SSR with hydration, based upon the latest standards in technical SEO, developer experience, and web performance.

Restructured the Segment Customer Data Platform integration across the e-commerce and MarTech stack, handling 700+ tracking events and standardizing data properties and availability to enhance consistency and effectiveness of both CRO and BI teams.

Led full implementation and configuration of CRO and loyalty platforms (DynamicYield and TalonOne). This established a reliable technical infrastructure supporting advanced personalization and RFM customer segmentation, including 16 price display variations, 20+ experiment templates, and the capacity for unlimited discount and loyalty campaigns.

Drove adoption and provided training to 10+ marketing and growth team members, enabling them to independently execute 1000+ A/B tests, optimize conversion flows, leverage our data warehouse, and utilize the loyalty platform to improve customer acquisition and retention.

Facilitated deeper UX, behavioral, and conversion insights through the implementation and adoption of various solutions, such as ContentSquare, Clarity, and FullStory.

• Multi-brand & White-label — Refactored multi-brand approach for white-label shops and expanded the capabilities within them.
• Internal On-Page Editor — Rapidly developed an on-page interface with content data insights and shortcuts for the headless CMS (Contentful), streamlining workflows and resulting in improved content editor insights, satisfaction, and productivity.
• On-invoice payment flow — Implemented Creditsafe API into the checkout journey to allow on-invoice payment for corporate customers.
• Reviews — Enabled daily import and display of Trustpilot/TrustedShops ratings and reviews per country.
• LiquidPixels — Integrated API and user flows to allow logo uploads to be rendered upon product images.
